Personal Information is defined as “information about an identifiable individual, but does not include the name, title or business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization.” In other words, it is information particular to an individual that would allow him or her to be identified. We also collect information concerning when a client engaged a Franchise Divorce Solutions® office (corporate or franchised), the manner and amount of the client’s retainer, when a client file was opened and closed, and certain other information that will allow our network of franchisees and our corporately-owned offices to improve our systems and delivery.
FDS and its affiliates and franchisees collect personal information in order to facilitate the services that are offered through our network of franchisees and our corporately-owned offices to our respective clients. All information submitted to FDS on our franchise inquiry form is used only to assist in the screening of potential franchisees and will be kept confidential.
On the franchise inquiry form, we will collect your name, address, email address, other contact information, and certain financial information and qualifications information that you must enter on the form. By submitting this information, you agree that FDS may retain and use the information to respond to your inquiry and to help us improve our franchise marketing efforts. Information on your online form will become part of any application for a Fairway Divorce Solutions® franchise that you might later submit. We may disclose your personal information to our business units, agents, affiliates and to other third parties as part of our consideration of any subsequent franchise application. We do not authorize unaffiliated third parties to use your personal information for any purpose other than consideration of your application.
