Caroline brings nearly 30 years of financial experience to her mediation practice. She is a successful financial planner, divorce financial analyst, speaker, and entrepreneur passionate about mediation as a better path through the separation and divorce process.

Darien Roy is passionate about helping people transition smoothly through separation and divorce. Darien’s naturally calm demeanour, coupled with her extensive experience with alternative conflict resolution, makes her an asset to her clients. As the Client Success Manager, Carima functions as a bridge between the client and the greater Fairway team. She is compassionate, caring and interested in always providing her best for clients. In addition, her positive energy and high degree of empathy ensures our clients feel supported throughout.

As Fairway's in-house lawyer, Brittany provides support to our Resolution Experts by consulting on individual client matters as well as providing updates on local and national law. She ensures that our offices are equipped with a thorough understanding of current family law.
