Our divorce mediation & resolution experts

At Okotoks Fairway Divorce Solutions, we know how brutal the divorce dispute is. Fairway Divorce Mediation Model guides clients through a step-by-step process. Our process brings resolution to all issues. We help you achieve a fair financial settlement and a co-parenting plan. What sets us apart is that we can do this within 120 days after financial disclosure.

We're making divorce more affordable and easier

Divorce can be exhausting, stressful and very expensive. Your Divorce Solutions Mediator will guide you through the divorce process. Our approach is fair and much more cost-effective than using attorneys or going through court battles. And, in case both parties are not participating, we can work with either of you. Either way, we make it easier.

Positive co-parenting plans for happy, confident children

When a marriage breaks down, it can be difficult to work together. Creating a positive parenting plan for raising your children is one of our many added values. Children don't need to be victims of divorce. But rather, they can thrive. At our Okotoks Divorce Solutions location, we care about your future.

You get all the professional advice you need

Depending on the complexity of your situation, you may need various professional services. We work with family law lawyers, accountants and tax specialists, and we help manage them to stay on task and on time. And our flat fee will ensure that our cost is lower than the average cost of divorce in Alberta. You can afford the other advice you need and keep what you worked so hard to earn in your pocket.

A proven step-by-step method providing fast resolution

We want you to be in and out of your negotiations within 120 days of financial disclosure. The Fairway Divorce Mediation Model, known as INR, takes you and your spouse through the divorce process separately. INR ensures that emotions do not interfere with good decision-making. You can begin your new happy life.

A few heartfelt words from our Principal Partner

"The Seventh Generation Principle is based on an Iroquois philosophy that the decisions we make today should result in a sustainable world seven generations into the future. This idea is often used in conversations about energy and resource preservation, but the concept can also be applied to relationships – every decision should result in sustainable relationships seven generations into the future. This starts with putting the best needs of our next generation ahead of our own, and nowhere is this more important than during a separation or a divorce. Children are happy and thrive when their parents strive to be the best they can be, regardless of circumstance."
