Professional Experience

Tracy Kendel is an accredited mediator and certified financial analyst with over 13 years of experience helping families navigate separation and divorce. She’s also the owner of Fairway Saskatoon and leads a team of resolution experts with specialties in a range of divorce and separation meditation scenarios. Her experience makes her guidance crucial in cases involving family, high conflict, high net-worth, and farm disputes, including being called on as an external consultant in farm settlements.

Tracy earned her qualified mediator designation through the ADR Institute of Saskatchewan and undertook additional mediation specialty training through Saskatoon Mediation Services, Achieve, and Paths. She obtained her certification as a financial analyst through the Institute of Financial Analysts (IDFA) and remains a member of both accreditation organizations today. Tracy also completed the social work program through the University of Regina (2008) and has a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Saskatchewan (2011). In her previous career, Tracy was a paralegal who worked with various law firms in Saskatoon before making the natural transition into mediation.

An especially adept listener, Tracy leads with empathy and compassion to determine what’s important to her clients, so she can, in turn, advocate for those needs during the separation and divorce process. Given her understanding of the potential for financial challenges, Tracey’s clients benefit from her knowledge and expert ability to develop flexible long-term solutions that align with a clear road to a new life. Using the step-by-step approach of Fairway’s Independently Negotiated Resolution™ (INR) process, clients are guided through separation and divorce without missing a step, with Tracy keeping financial concerns prioritized. Always willing to draw from the extensive experience of her Saskatoon team and legal and mediation leadership at Fairway, Tracy will explore every option available to keep the process on track to resolution.

Tracy is an active and proud Saskatoon resident, lending her time and expertise to various causes and organizations benefiting the community, including as Board Director of the City Hospital Foundation.
