Alex Rupprecht is a mediation and financial services professional whose experience helping people realize financial stability makes him ideal for mediating divorces with high-net-worth or complex financial arrangements. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Vancouver Island University with a major in Finance in 2012. He completed his Mediation and Dispute Resolution training through Kompass Professional Development at Herzing College.
Alex is solution-oriented and adept at keeping his client’s needs, economic concerns, and goals top of mind. As the lead associate for retail banking with CIBC, Alex was called on to work with clients needing tailored financial solutions. His balanced and empathetic approach, coupled with an ability to design unique solutions, makes him ideal for guiding clients through Fairway’s Independently Negotiated Resolution™ (INR) process. The key to the process, as Alex sees it, is how it allows for flexibility to negotiate while keeping everyone on track with a transparent, step-by-step process while minimizing losses caused by traditional divorce.
