Divorce and Separation Mediator at our Langley Office
Over the past 20 years Michael has dedicated himself to helping and supporting people through change and difficult transitions. He completed his M.A. in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University in 2014 and has been applying the expertise he developed during this experience ever since. Michael is both a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and a qualified arbitrator through the ADR Institute of Canada, which aids him in effectively achieving fair resolutions for his Fairway Clients.
Throughout his career, Michael has assisted several businesses in evolving and growing through various organizational challenges. He applies the skills and knowledge he has accumulated through these experiences to every Fairway case that his office handles. Michael is passionate about helping his clients achieve the best outcome possible given their unique circumstances, and about assisting them in achieving this in an amicable and expedient way.
Experience has taught Mike that change is both difficult and necessary for improving the quality of life for yourself and those around you. Change will happen either by you or to you, you get to choose which, but you rarely get to choose “if.” Improvement is much more likely if you choose the change.
Mike’s divorce was difficult to initiate and follow through with, but by using Fairway Divorce Solutions, he and his former spouse ended their marriage in a timely way and with minimal harm to each other and their children. This experience stands in stark contrast to others who have followed a more traditional, adversarial method.
Mike Shebib co-owns and operates the Langley/Vancouver/Lower Mainland location, an independently owned Fairway Divorce Solutions franchise. He has trained in the field of conflict resolution and has extensive experience with change management and helping people through stressful situations.
