Jen Hoenisch: Mediator at our Winnipeg Office

Jen Hoenisch

 BA, FDC, CDFA™

Mediator/Negotiator

Jen Hoenisch works out of the Winnipeg, Manitoba office.

Jen graduated from the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology and Conflict Resolution Studies. Upon completion of that program she went on to further her education at the University of Manitoba and completed the Post Baccalaureate diploma in Education, specializing in guidance and counselling. Jen has continued her ongoing professional development at Resolution Skills Centre in Winnipeg and achieved her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation.

Jen’s past work experience includes working with families undergoing conflict in the social services system. Her experience provides her with the opportunity and skill set to mediate conflicted situations and implement successful resolutions. Jen’s understanding of the family dynamic enables her to alleviate conflict between couples and approach the separation process with a goal of mutually beneficial solutions.

I value how Fairway provides both parties with an opportunity to feel heard, to work toward common resolutions and fair compromises. I feel the Fairway process empowers people to make informed decisions that impact their future and their children’s future. It enables the opportunity to work together through a difficult time and make knowledgeable decisions.
