In 2006, after a very destructive and expensive divorce, I launched Fairway Divorce Solutions, an alternative to the traditional way of approaching divorce. I was specifically focused on reducing cost, time, stress and protecting the children. With a strong financial background, I wanted to apply a pragmatic and analytical way to move through divorce. I have created a model for the marital resolution process that has radically transformed the landscape of divorce mediation in Canada. We call our process the Independently Negotiated Resolution™ (INR).
