1. Fairway Engagement™
   A commitment by both parties to finalize the issues around divorce in a way that reduces cost, time, stress and protects the children.  
   
   
2.  Your Fairway Negotiated Resolution™ Meeting
   You both meet with your Senior Negotiator to go over all the details of the decisions made, and receive input and feedback.
   
   
3.  What is the Law?™ (optional)
   A matrimonial lawyer from your area will educate you on the laws, recent trends and timely information.
   
   
4. Fairway Negotiated Resolution Plan™
   This comprehensive and detailed plan captures all the terms that the parties have agreed to.
   
   
5. Independent Legal Advice
   The lawyers give you independent legal advice and prepare your final settlement to divorce.
