As Vice President Sales, Marketing and Franchise Development, Margot leads our talented team of professionals who focus on ensuring that our corporate and franchise objectives are aligned and achieved.
Margot has worked in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments leading Corporate Development, Strategic Planning and Marketing teams for the past 17 years. Prior to joining Fairway she was the Senior Vice-President, Corporate Planning with Walton International where she worked on seamlessly expanding international markets and ensuring processes’ were designed and implemented to enhance operations in Asia, the United States and Canada. Margot’s strategic focus and contribution helped enable revenue growth from $100 Million to over $250 Million in just under three years. As Vice President Strategic Planning with MoneyStream Inc she lead a successful team of professionals in strategically growing the business through acquisition, and the formulation of joint ventures to build new revenue generating divisions that strategically leveraged the growth of the company’s core competency – payment processing. Margot was recruited to MoneyStream from TELUS Communications where she held the positions of Senior Strategic Planner – Business Markets, and Non Traditional Business Development Consultant, where she championed the move to customer centric marketing and created new business entities between TELUS and partners in the Health, Education and Aboriginal markets.
Margot’s has built and sold two consulting based organizations and continues to be an advisor to a Canadian based distribution company - ESQUE Designs; which she started in 2005.
Margot holds a Masters Business Administration, an Honors Bachelor of Commerce and a BA in Public Policy and Administration.
