Executive Vice-President, Operations

In his position as Executive Vice President of Operations, Clark is responsible for managing the internal systems and procedures necessary to support the expansion of Fairway Divorce Solutions in North America.

Clark has been instrumental in starting several entrepreneurial ventures ranging from distribution to manufacturing to software development. Some of his more notable startups include: RepeatSeat (T:RPS), an internet ticketing solutions provider serving over 70 per cent of the Canadian movie theatre market; StrataHealth Solutions, a leading provider of patient flow solutions and information technology advancement within the health care sector; and ShopToIt.ca, Canada’s largest comparison shopping site.

In addition to these successful ventures, Clark’s past businesses have twice been awarded the “50 Best Managed Canadian Private Companies” as listed by the Financial Post.

Clark received his MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
