Rajesh Sharma - Senior Negotiator

Raj graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the Faculty of Law at the University of Alberta and has recently completed his Masters in Laws (LLM) in Administrative Law at Osgoode Hall. He has been recently published in the Alberta Law Review. As a lawyer with extensive litigation experience, he has seen the toll the traditional legal system has on individuals and families. He is eager to help individuals and couples achieve their desired best outcome through the Fairway Process.

Given his legal background, Raj has comprehensive knowledge of the challenges and emotional turmoil that people experience when they are going through monumental life changes and supports Fairways’ alternative to the traditional divorce system.  

Antonio Simoes BSc., LL.B - Owner

Antonio obtained a Bsc. and an LL.B from the University of Alberta, and was an active member of the Law Society of Alberta from 1998 to 2009.
 
During his years in Family Law practice, Antonio witnessed first-hand the damaging effects of prolonged litigation, and the toll that such conflict took on families, their assets and their children.
 
Antonio quickly realized that there were better alternatives to the traditional approach, and whenever possible, encouraged his clients to make use of these resources including negotiation and mediation strategies.  Throughout the divorce process, Negotiation and Mediation are very powerful tools, particularly when approaching the difficult issues of asset division, spousal and child support and parenting time.
 
Antonio’s expertise, combined with the Fairway Process, enables the clients of Fairway Divorce Vancouver to achieve a timely and fair restructuring of their assets and relationships.
