Oscar DalBello - Senior Negotiator

Oscar, our Managing Partner holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Economics, from the University of Toronto. He has studied dispute resolution at Conrad Graebel University College, University of Waterloo and is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and a member of the ADR Association of Ontario. His balanced perspective and respectful approach is complemented by a commitment to assisting clients move through the divorce process with dignity. Motivated by a desire to assist those in personal need, he maintains a focus on the welfare of children and a fair outcome for both parties.

Angela Reinemo - Senior Negotiator

Angela is a Senior Negotiator for Fairway Divorce Solutions located in Toronto, Ontario. She has diverse professional experience and education in Family Mediation, Arbitration, Finance and Psychology. She is a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario.

Angela is a Psychology student at York University, and has completed her Advanced Certificate of Conflict Studies in Family Mediation at the University of Waterloo’s Conrad Grebel University College.

Prior to becoming a mediator and negotiator, Angela was self-employed as a Financial Consultant for over 15 years, specializing in Cost and Management Accounting within the Property Development and Project Management field, as well as Financial Accounting and Corporate Consulting and Training. She continues to utilize her financial and business education and experiences to assist clients with complex financial mediation matters.

Sofie Zoumboulakis - Client Manager

Sofie, our Client Manager holds a Bachelor's of Arts from the University of Toronto and has over 20 years of client care expertise. Sofie's professionalism, follow up and pleasant attitude assists our clients in navigating through a challenging time.
