Our Sacramento Divorce Team
Debbie Hannan - Client Manager
Debbie is the heart of Fairway Divorce Sacramento and a
long-time business owner in California. As a mother who has experienced divorce
herself, Debbie felt called out of retirement to bring Fairway Divorce to the
United States in order to help families avoid the emotional pain and financial
ruin that often accompanies traditional divorce. She knows from personal
experience the impact divorce can have on children’s well-being, and adult’s
self-esteem.
Her commitment to the Sacramento community is to provide
a divorce option that keeps families’ emotional and financial health in tact.
Becky Shook - Senior Negotiator
Becky is an experienced facilitator, mediator and
negotiator supporting people through change and transition. For the past
decade, she has been coaching people and organizations by helping them move
through challenging, conflictual situations with a
focus on managing emotions and achieving goals. As the mother of two small,
adopted children, Becky is committed to keeping the kid’s best interests
at heart during the divorce process.
Becky holds a B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in
Organizational Psychology.
Dawn Hanley - Divorce & Co-Parenting Coach
Dawn is an experienced counselor, mediator and coach. She is dedicated to supporting people through change and transition, helping them heal and move on to create fulfilling lives. Her professional career has included working with children, teens, and adults, and teaching and coaching in organizations.
In going through her own divorce in 2004, she experienced first hand the convoluted California court process, and the stress it unnecessarily generates for people who are already in a weakened emotional state. She joined the Fairway team because she saw the positive, healing alternative it provides to the community and knew she could help families avoid the frustration, time delays, and expense she experienced in her own divorce.
A strong believer in serving the community, she taught Junior Achievement for 5 years, was an adjunct faculty reader for 4 years at the University of Santa Monica's graduate program, and ran a non-profit school called Break on Thru for the past 7 years which helps people break through their own mental glass ceilings.
Dawn holds a B.A. in Psychology (focus on child therapy) and M.A. in Spiritual Psychology (focus on learning and developmental psychology).
