Jon Kagan, CFP, CDFA - Senior Negotiator

Jon brings his years of experience as a Certified Financial Planner ™ (http://www.fpaforfinancialplanning.org/) and CERTIFIED DIVORCE FINANCIAL ANALYST™ (http://www/Institutedfa.com) to the Fairway Divorce Solutions Pensacola office. As the Senior Negotiator at Fairway Divorce Solutions Gulf Coast, Jon guides clients through the Fairway process, helping empower them to achieve a resolution that is fair to all parties. Jon graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Business Administration and minor in Psychology, then spent a decade as an officer in the US Navy where he earned his Master of Science in Management degree and acquired years of experience in conflict management and personnel development. Jon’s training and experience allow him to guide couples through this journey in a productive and timely manner focusing on the future, preserving the assets they’ve worked so hard to attain, and protecting the relationship with their children. Jon is married and the father of two sons and understands the emotional struggle of keeping the children’s best interests in focus during the divorce process.

Evelyn Smithies - Client Manager

Evelyn Smithies is the Client Manager and has been in the financial services industry for more than 12 years. As the Client Manager of a large financial planning practice, Evelyn has vast experience as the go to person and her knowledge and commitment to client service helps make our practice a truly special place. Having personally gone through divorce, Evelyn has the knowledge of the challenges and emotional turmoil that come with the journey and is a strong supporter of the Fairway process. As the initial contact person, Evelyn strives to provide each client efficient and supportive assistance as they navigate through the Fairway process. Evelyn is married and has three children and two step-children all living in the area.

Jan Jenkins - Office Assistant

Jan Jenkins rounds out our team. She is Evelyn's right hand and shares her commitment to client service and is equally dedicated to the Fairway process. Jan is from Hattiesburg, Mississippi and lives on Navarre Beach. She has two grown children, Shelley and Jimmie.
