Julia Anderson, CA - Senior Negotiator

Julia has been a Senior Negotiator with Fairway for just under three years and has helped over one hundred couples achieve successful resolution through the Fairway Independently Negotiated Resolution™ process. Julia is a Chartered Accountant, a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) (www.institutedfa.com <http://www.institutedfa.com> ) and has her Mediation certification through the Legal Education Society of Alberta. Julia articled with Ernst & Young and spent many years helping small business clients with their financial and tax needs. Before joining Fairway Julia worked as a Sentence Administrator at the Calgary Remand Centre working closely with the court system, lawyers, police officers, inmates and their families. Julia is married and the mother of two young children and she is very dedicated to helping clients through the Fairway Process™.

Patrick Prowse, BA - Senior Negotiator

Patrick joined the Fairway team in October 2009 in the role of Senior Negotiator. Patrick’s background in counseling, negotiation and psychology has been solidified from his 20 years in senior Human Resources Management in the private sector and theology.

Patrick believes the best part of the Fairway process is the emphasis on prioritizing “what is best” for the children. Currently working on his Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) designation, Patrick has over 6 years post secondary education specializing in Theology, Psychology, Counseling, Negotiation as well as a number of other related disciplines.

Janice Tye, BSc, MBA, CA, QMed, Cert in Conflict Resolution - Senior Negotiator

Janice is a Chartered Accountant and Qualified Mediator and has recently joined the Fairway team following a career including over 20 years of diverse business experience in senior positions. Janice is passionate about building understanding between parties with a view to arriving at effective resolutions.

Janice has completed studies and assessment in mediation with the Justice Institute of BC and serves on the Civil Court mediation roster in Calgary.

Janice completed a BSc degree from the University of Guelph in 1978 followed by an MBA from University of British Columbia in 1984 and subsequently articled with KPMG and received a Chartered Accountant designation in 1988. Her business experience includes positions as Director Corporate Finance, Canadian Airlines Internationals, VP Customer Service with Canadian Regional Airlines, VP Finance, Western Canada with ING, and CFO with OrionHealth, an employee owned disability management company.

Jennifer Morales - Client Manager

Jennifer began her Fairway career in May 2008 as Client Manager for the first Fairway Divorce Solutions® franchise office. For a number of years prior to coming to Fairway, she was a successful sales representative and recruiting manager for a North American based marketing company. Jennifer’s sales and management experience have given her the skill set needed to effectively manage clients through the Fairway Process™ while providing valuable assistance to the Senior Negotiators.

Jennifer is currently attending the University of Calgary pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology.

Linda Roberts – Client Communications and Marketing Manager

Linda came to Fairway in February of 2009 after completing a Conflict Resolution Course at Mount Royal University and is currently working on her CDFA designation. Linda brings over 20 years of sales experience to the Fairway team and truly enjoys working with people. After experiencing a long, expensive divorce herself, she became passionate about supporting Fairway Divorce Solution’s mission in helping people move through the divorce process in a different way. While being the first point of contact for new clients, Linda also manages and aids in the development of Fairway Calgary’s marketing campaigns.

A proud mother of two children, Linda enjoys landscaping and gardening in her free time.
