As a Senior Negotiator you will lead a team of people that work with families to respectfully negotiate the terms of their divorce following Fairways proven resolution process.  

Successful candidates will have the following skills:

• Strong skills in mediation or negotiation. This position is suitable if you have a background in law
• Financial acumen. The Fairway negotiators spend a significant amount of time educating their clients on the financial impact of the separation of assets.
• Proven ability to move people to resolution in a timely fashion.  Divorcing couples must make difficult decisions, this can delay the process.  Negotiators must maintain a tempo to the process by assisting couples with the choices.
• A combination of sensitivity and the power of persuasion.  Negotiators must be sensitive to the emotional state of our families while limiting the use of emotional negotiation tactics.

Previous experience:

• 10 years business experience.  This position requires that the individual have a minimum of 10 years business experience.  Lawyers, Accountants, and similar business professionals with the right interpersonal skills are ideal candidates.
• Leadership experience.  Candidates are required to lead a team and must have a proven track record of building and managing individuals.
• Must have university degree.
