Receptionist / Office Administrator

We need a highly motivated, energetic person wanting to provide outstanding client service.  This individual works with our team to support clients through the negotiation process.

Some of the job responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Reception duties, greets client
  • Schedules client meetings.
  • Prepares or assists in the preparation of client files and binders.
  • Coordinate client educational seminars.
  • Develops and maintains effective communication with clients and team throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills are a must, as well as the ability and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Post secondary education
  • Complete projects on-time and handle tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
