The Edmonton Divorce Team - Edmonton, AB
Dean Bergsma - Senior Negotiator

Dean Bergsma brings 25 years of dispute resolution experience to the Fairway Edmonton Divorce office. In addition to his training as a family mediator, Dean has a MBA specializing in Finance and Human Dynamics. Dean’s approach involves directed negotiation by guiding people to consciously evaluate their options. Recognizing the toll that the traditional divorce process has on people, relationships with each other, and, more importantly, the relationships with their kids, and the associated drain of assets, Dean works with Edmonton couples to achieve their best outcome -- however they choose to define it.

Dean is married and the father of two small children – and understands the emotional struggle of keeping the kid’s best interests at heart during the divorce process.

Corey Anderson – Senior Negotiator

Corey Anderson has a unique understanding of the human person and family dynamics that has evolved as he has walked numerous families through crisis.  Corey has done extensive divorce coaching and has helped parents and their children through the divorce process.  Corey believes that the choices you will make during your divorce will have lasting consequences on you and your family, and will work with both spouses to ensure the needs of the entire family are met.
Corey has been married for nearly 15 years and has two pre-school children.

Rayna Zotti, RSW - Client Manager

Rayna and her husband are actively involved with their two children’s sports activities and also manage a successful small business.  Rayna strongly believes that engaging in a wide variety of activities and surrounding yourself with a supportive network provides a balanced and nurturing life.  She believes that being a part of Fairway will enrich her own life and to be a supportive link for clients through their divorce.
