Fairway Divorce Solutions opened its doors to the public in the summer 2006. Since this time, Fairway Divorce Solutions has created a giant splash as the most talked-about, sensible divorce solution available.

In response to heightened demand, Fairway Divorce Solutions began franchising in early 2008 and later opened an additional office in Calgary in spring 2008. Since this time Fairway Divorce Solutions has continued to sell franchises across Canada and the United States including Edmonton, AB; Victoria, BC; Kelowna, BC; Saskatoon, SK; Toronto, ON; Vancouver BC; Vancouver Island; Columbus, OH; San Deigo, CA; Sacramento, CA; Pensacola, FL and Dallas/Fort Worth TX. It has plans to open in Eastern Canada and Eastern United States by early 2010.
