MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN YOUR LIFE AND OTHER PEOPLE’S LIVES.

Most people want to make a difference. In this position, you will be making a difference in many people’s lives – including the children. You will have the responsibility of working with people to help negotiate the two parts of divorce: money and kids.

In this position, you will:

Work with both spouses to negotiate and mediate all aspects of their divorce

Facilitate initial joint meetings to determine an Interim Plan while they complete the rest of the Fairway process

Analyze the client’s financial situation, enter data into Excel spreadsheets and explain it to both parties

Explain and negotiate child support and extraordinary expenses

Explain and negotiate spousal support

Facilitate joint parenting meetings

Write a Resolution Plan that summarizes the couple’s decisions

Be responsible for all aspects of the case (with the help of administrative personnel)

In this position, you will be working with your own clients with very little supervision. You have the opportunity to put your own individual ‘stamp’ on each case.
